About the Opportunity
This full-time position spans across five working days per week and it includes a mandatory weekend shift. To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone ready to make a 12-month commitment. Front Desk and Guest Services

Customer Support and In-House Assistance

Provide guests with information on hotel services, amenities, dining options and nearby attractions.

Address any issues or complaints effectively, resolving concerns with minimal escalation.

Offer concierge-style support including directions, transportation bookings and restaurant recommendations.
Administrative and Operational Tasks

Collect and record payments; handle invoices, receipts and end-of-day balancing.

Coordinate daily tasks with housekeeping by preparing cleaner rosters and ordering necessary linen supplies.

Track inventory and maintain stock levels for essential supplies in guest-facing and back-end areas.
Maintenance and Housekeeping Support
