Core Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior project managers to oversee daily activities across multiple departments.
  • Participate in delivering interior fit-out projects of varied scales and complexities.
  • Support the execution and coordination of project plans using Civil 3D and similar tools (training provided).
  • Track project deadlines, milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met efficiently.
  • Conduct detailed organizational assessments and present actionable improvement strategies.
  • Develop formal reports and briefings summarizing research findings and proposing new initiatives.
  • Attend site visits and contribute to meetings that monitor on-site progress and project status.
  • Collaborate on health & safety planning, ensuring method statements and risk assessments are thorough and up to date.
  • Manage changes and adjustments to project contracts, including tracking extras and omissions.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, reviewing and approving invoicing relevant to your assigned projects.
  • Uphold ongoing, clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Training & Development
